He came a bit late, but he's very worth it. Abel James arrived on Thurs, Oct. 7 at 4:36pm. He weighed 6lbs 10oz. and is 20 inches long. Labor went okay - we had a bit of a scare after the epidural caused his heartbeat to drop rapidly and we were rushed to the OR for an emergency C-section, but it all ended up okay as he was delivered fine with a couple hours of pushing.He's been a good baby so far - lots of eating and sleeping! My parents have been here to help and we're very thankful. So far he enjoys sleeping during the day and has more awake time at night - I think we need to work on that. But we are very much in love and think he's pretty cute!

Congratulations again! He is super cute! He is definitely the mini me of J! So glad your parents are there to help, I was worried about you all the way in CA by yourselves! (My mom stayed with us the week after Lincoln was born) Don't worry he will get his days and nights fixed soon or at about 3 weeks in you will get sick of it and make him (I did that with Lydia) haha. Take care of yourselves! Thanks for the update!!!
